Lauren’s personal health struggle with a genetic mutation known as Methylenetetrahydrofolate Reductase (MTHFR) set her on a self-healing journey. For years she experienced anxiety, digestive issues, weight fluctuations, hormonal imbalances and menstrual irregularities, infertility concerns, acne, joint pain, fatigue, worsening food allergies, and autoimmune challenges. She went to doctor after doctor, but none were able to connect the dots until a close friend recommended she get tested for the MTHFR gene mutation; it was the missing link. Lauren hopes to share her healing path to help others.
In her coaching practice, Lauren utilizes a “wholistic” approach to health and well-being: mind, body, and spirit. She encourages healthy living through nutrition and exercise but strongly believes in soul nourishment. As a Christian, Lauren found true freedom in her relationship with Jesus Christ. As she embraced the love of God, she was better able to love and care for herself, and others. Throughout her journey, Lauren found that the answer to her unshakable joy is her faith. Her mission is to empower women to find their God-given purpose so they can live a life of creation experiencing joy and peace, no matter what storms they endure. Lauren believes everyone has a profound, perfectly woven story that is meant to be shared. She partners with her clients to break through patterns of fear and perfection so they can give rise to their voices and live large, experiencing the greatness God has in store.
Lauren resides in the Pittsburgh, PA area and calls herself "Mom" to her beloved dog, Josie. Lauren feels abundantly blessed amidst her struggles and looks forward to the many God appointed miracles that lie ahead.
